Apple pic - Duane - Oct 30, 2004 08:22 AM does anyone know where a good apple tiff/png type more than 400 X 400 pixels? Apple pic - Taxxodium - Oct 30, 2004 10:54 AM Select a font and type option & (1 on qwerty keyboards) and you should see an apple like this  Set the size of it to what you want. "Since the switch over to Mac OS X is complete, the "Built for Mac OS X" log is not needed anymore" I still see those around, besides, they look cool. Can I use the Apple Logo for Graphic Arts reasons? (IE backgrounds, skins, etc.) that's my two Turkish Lyra. Apple pic - Max - Nov 1, 2004 02:41 PM Hey Taxxodium, did you apply some sort of filter or used a plug-in to create the aqua look? The Photoshop tutorials I found on the web are really lame, the results don't come close to yours. Apple pic - Taxxodium - Nov 1, 2004 02:48 PM I used the standard filters when you double click on a layer. To be more precise I used: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Bevel and Emboss, Contour and Color Overlay. Just play around with the settings, make sure your angle is 90° and don't use global light. Also the transparancy is done by playing with the Blending Options. Good luck!
