which model format - antadam - Mar 7, 2003 07:46 AM i'm working on a 3d freestyle skiing game and after searching around, i haven't found much help on the topic of what to use for designing the models. i'm interested in just a normal 3d skiier w/meshes, however, i've read posts on exporting maya animations, etc. just wondering, what would you guys suggest for a file format of human models. i mean, i could use obj and then do all the normal calculations and bind textures to that, but if i could load everything from a file, that'd obviously be the best way. this is going to be used in opengl so if anyone can at leat point me in the right direction, that's all i really need. thanks in advance. which model format - Mars_999 - Mar 7, 2003 05:57 PM Lightwave which model format - Ian Kerr - Mar 7, 2003 08:43 PM What about Meshworks?
