I want to introduce a scrum based software for project management. We are beween 10-30 people and don't have much money. But there are so many products. Does anyone can recommend a tool? Here is what we already found in the internet:

We are a development company of two. Here is what we used:

Version One (http://www.versionone.com) is very nice and easy to use...
Pivotal Tracker (http://www.pivotaltracker.com) free for us.

Not sure about payment. All I know is that we used one business email address and can access everything. Both solutions listed above worked perfect. Hope this helps.
