iOS 6 fine, iOS 5, aspect ratio messed up
Hi folks,
I'm Dene Carter, the developer of Flaboo! and Incoboto. I've been updating my OpenGL game, Flaboo! recently, as it's getting on a bit and needs a polish.
I successfully messed around with it until it looked good on both the 4 and 3.5 inch iPhones, and - at the last moment - thought I'd check if it was all working under iOS 5.1 and earlier.
I was surprised to see that my little portrait game was squashed into a weird aspect ratio on earlier versions of iOS, as if it were trying to draw to an OpenGL surface that was landscape orientation.
Flipping back to iOS 6, and it's all fine. Has anyone else had similar issues?
