Free basic for mac?
I just got a copy of 'Game Programming for Teens' by Maneesh Sethi. In the book, he uses BlitzPlus, which doesn't work on Mac. Anyone know of a good alternative basic?
I'm not familiar with 'BlitzPlus', is that like BlitzMax?

No, on the blitz website (http://www.blitzbasic.com/Products/blitzplus.php) BlitzPlus is for more simple 2d things. Thanks for the suggestions tho, I'll check em out.

It's generally better, and if you have to put money into one of them, choose BlitzMax and just read the docs and ask the forums if you get stuck.
My web site - Games, music, Python stuff
Ok, thanks.
