I never had this problem before, but for some reason my xib file doesnt recognize the project that its part of and doesnt recognize its associated h/m files.

I created the set of files using the standard wizard (which of have done before hundreds of times). Normally in the bottom left corner of main window of the XIB file in the Interface Builder there is a led which is green and the name of the project listed. Nothing appears for my XIB file.

There seems to be some disconnect between XCode and Interface Builder. In earlier versions if I changed a file in IB, XCode would detect it and when I recompiled it would ask to save the XIB file. It doesnt do that either anymore.

Any ideas?

BTW I have XCode/IB 3.2.2

If it's all files: the xib isn't part of a target in the project.

If it's just one of the .h files, that header could have a syntax error which is why the xib won't update.

I found the solution, not sure why it works but...if I open the project file by double clicking on in the Finder everything works and is in sync. If load the project via File Open or File Open Recent it doesnt work.
