Do you know a similar program on Leopard to capture a video of my iphone apps?

http://www.araelium.com/screenflick will capture the simulator. Capturing the actual device is another story though.

I use Macvide ScreenCap
prog for capturing video and recording screen

Snow Leopard's QuickTime has built in screen recording for free. It does seem it only captures the entire screen and doesn't appear to allow you to choose a portion though.
