Well it depends.

I guess there are mostly 3 ways for people to reach apple's OS X downloads page, Apple's homepage, Google, and the link in the apple menu of the OS ( which I never noticed btw )

It's not reachable from Apple's homepage anymore, so I guess it lost quite a bit of traffic.
