I have successfully uploaded iphone app on itunes connect on thursday. But still i am getting Status- IN review. Can any on tell me how much time apple takes to make game live.

It can take from 2 days to 2 weeks or more. Depends also if your contract is already accepted.

My paid contract is allready completed
