Hi, I've just got a quick question about distributing apps: is it possible to simply take Person A's debug build of an app and drop it into Person B's iPhone Simulator? (Before you ask, this is for testing within a small team at uni Smile)

Yes. You just have to locate the folder where the simulator stores the apps. I've had luck copying them over this way before.

Yep, I've done this before. The apps go into ~/Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator/User/Applications. The directory names in here look like they're supposed to be something specific, but the simulator doesn't seem to care - just name it whatever and put your app in it, as well as Documents/, Library/Preferences/, and tmp/ folders, and it should show up next time you launch the simulator.
