Change scroll text using xcode

Hi.
i just have a question again.
how can I change the text of my scrolltext (IB) only using xcode.

i mean.
i have big book, and i need to make more thant 200 pages of text.
then my question is.

how can I change the text inside scrolltext
just using xcode please.

or another suggestion to make an ebook more than 200 pages of text please?
