hi, some one know how can I spin tire (car tire)
The car is not moving, just the tire. (like the picture)

can i put a gif, .mov, flv? or another?

remember just the tire.....have an idea please?

Well that depends on where you wanna put it. Since you mention Flash and QuickTime my guess is that you wanna put it on a web page?
It's pretty heavy motion blur going on on the tire so a loop of say 2 or 3 frames should be more than enough to make the illusion of a spinning tire.
I would just use a simple gif image if the 256 colors limit is ok. You could even use a gif just for the tire and a jpeg for the rest of the car.
