Where to go after "Getting Started"?
I have read through the "Getting Started" documents on Apple's web site, but I'm wondering what I should read next. There's the "iPhone OS Programming Guide", "Cocoa Fundamentals Guide" and "Object-Oriented Programming with Objective-C". I know I should read all 3, but I wanted to know which order I should read them so as to get the most out of them. I haven't done any development on my Mac for about 3 years, so I'm a little rusty on my programming skills. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would start with the cocoa fundamentals guide then the OOP one
I'd instead start with OOP, then Cocoa Fundamentals. Either way, make sure that you read iPhone programming after that, since it assumes that you already know these two fundamentals.
Well, looks like Apple is pulling a little trick and revised some of their documents today, replacing the "iPhone OS Programming Guide" with the "iPhone Development Guide".
I finally found my answer on Apple's site. It seems to recommend reading Cocoa Fundamentals first.
