User Generated Documentation

Does anyone know how to create user generated documentation that I can use to Ctrl-Click to navigate to and the Research Assistant to peruse? Thanks!

Wow, no one? I found a few articles that require some pretty drastic measures. I'll post them if I can get them to work, but so far it's been a lot of hassle that has required a lot of Time Machine use...
