Wow! That's great.
That's good news. Devs should always be careful what they talk about anyway, but the NDA was getting a little too restrictive.
Note that it's still in place for most devs until they get their new contracts though.

It's about time!
Sweet. I bet the mods are pretty happy, since they wont have to be enforcing the NDA anymore, eh?

Seems if you read the message closely one has to wait for the new NDA to appear and be signed in a week or so before we can discuss... talk about a tease!
Anyway, good news

excellent
Just had it clarified too that it's for *released* apps, so you can't do any info on "coming soon" apps even if they're yours.
Who clarified it, if I may ask? But boy, it sure would have been less confusing had they just quietly updated the agreement to be resigned and *then* announced things.

Sorry but this entire topic is under NDA until further notice. Please continue doing what you're doing...

Har har. (Sanity check, a publicly available web site couldn't possibly be NDA'ed. It's pretty darn public.

Are you sure that's how it's to be interpreted? Doesn't make much sense to me.
I thought it was about apple's technology, so if something is in confidential "beta" you can't talk about it.

That's how I took it too.
But I also understand that the public announcement is *not* the new NDA, so until they send us the new agreements to click on, we be NDA'd 'till then -- I guess.
