how to play short sounds asynchronously

Hello Everyone,

I have used BubbleLevel tutorial to play short sounds in my game using SoundEffect class, however, its 'play' method is asynchronous and returns immediately.

I need to somehow determine when a certain sound stops to play the next one (i.e. I want to play sound in a sequence, much like a playlist).

any ideas how this might be possible.

We can't talk about iPhone because of NDA.

However, there have been lots of *Mac* audio discussions here lately which may be of use to you if you look carefully enough. Wink
