Hi there,

Can i use Core Graphics menus on the top of OpenGl window?

I'm developing 2 games for iPhone and I'm missing the menus. Both are using opengl. But i wanted to focus on the menus now. But I'm facing a dilemma, do the menus in opengl or do it in Quartz or something.

From all the guru's out there, what seems to be better way, and how about pros and cons?

Thank you in advance,

Can't say specifically what's up because of NDA. Read the recommendations in the programming guide. That said, my (hazy) advice would be to try it both ways and find out for yourself which one will work best for your situation. If you're just making a standard OpenGL-based game, my wild guess is that you'll probably want to do your "menus" in OpenGL.
