I will also provide you with this handy link to find information about setting up Goo with Visual C++.
What have you tried already? And what the heck is Goo? Please don't feel obliged to answer those questions if you figure it out yourself using the handy link I provided above.

I actually can't even figure out what Goo is... and out of curiosity and boredum I gave it an honest try. So for a highly specific question like that, it helps to tell us what it actually is.
I would hazard a guess that it is [this](http://www.miken.com/winpost/sep96/minirev.htm)—a piece of software that appears not to exist.
But, I'm probably wrong.

It's not magic, it's Ruby.
I'm gonna put my money on http://people.csail.mit.edu/jrb/goo/goo.htm . Should we take bets?
I am thinking this piece of software:

Actually, it must be a real language. Here is the proof!

Download kju. Use it, put Windows on it. If you want a faster windows, get VMWare or Parallels, which costs money. Start your windows up. Install Visual C++, goo (follow manual). Test if goo works. If not, fire up IE, google "firefox". Download firefox. Start it up. Google "how to get goo working with Visual C++". Click on the links. If, and only if it is possible and appropriate, make a post and ask for some goo user's advice.
That's assuming you have an intel mac, though.
