Pirates, ninjas, zombies, clowns, and...?

I need more ideas for factions. Please post.

Ideas I've had which are probably classy enough:
-Pirates: promiscuous, so large in numbers
-Ninjas: few, but more powerful
-Zombies: can make more zombies, are very durable but very slow
-Clowns: balloon swords, acid flowers, molotov cocktail water balloons
-Robots: lasers!

Ideas I've had which are less classy:
-Army: standard guns and stuff.
-Aliens: spaceships and ray guns.
-Soviets: like the army but communist!
-Giant bugs: duh
-Musicians: the power of rock!

Ideas other people have had that I like:
-Lawyers
-The Irish
-Spiders
-Penguins

oh dear, while we're singling out groups, you might as well add Hindus, Jews, Devout Athiests Wink, Scientologists, and a few other groups that would absolutely love publicity. On second thought, religious groups may not be the best idea...

Ghost/poltergeist. Possibly too similar to zombies, but arguably not. Possible abilities: able to become non-physical, cause fear, maybe be created from the death of enemy units?

Spirit/demon: few in number, possibly even fixed numbers. Able to inhabit/take over an enemy unit. Could provoke/prolong fights between other factions, for example.

Wizards/sorcerers
Cowboys
Anthropomorphic Animals

Measure twice, cut once, curse three or four times.

Druids, Elves, Goblins, Orcs, Kavus, Elementals, Rats, Insects, Squirrels, Soldiers, Rebels, Zombies, Saprolings, Wizards, Merfolk, Cephalids, Avens, and... Slivers.

Of course, you'll have an IP suit on your hands if you use more than 3. Grin
