Hey i really want to know if there is such a thing as a Online Text Based RPG code that i can just upload everything into a website and there you go you have a Text Based RPG?

If you know anything like this please PLEASE! let me know.

Never seen anything like that. You might try developing it in a Java applet, or maybe you could use some PHP scripts.
