Are you doing this for homework? Do you have any code we can see? Just asking us to help without specifying what the problem is doesn't help anyone. Why do you need to program this Tic Tac Toe game?

If your approach is right, this community can be a great help. Your approach leaves me thinking this is a homework assignment and you want someone else to do it...
