hello guys!!!

im developing an application that matches two audio files...
basically the program takes analog input from the line-in input and converts the input into a wav file...
now this file shud be matched againsted a digital version of basically the same file previously recorded , already present on the harddisk....basically for synchronization...once theres some kind of sync....then i can match parts of the file based on time bases.....

also is there ne alternative means of a solution around this problem????
plz help

now could nebody suggest some way i could introduce this synchronization,.....
