Is anyone able to build KToon for OS X?
"Yes, well, that's the sort of blinkered, Philistine pig-ignorance I've come to expect from you non-creative garbage."
Same guy who did the Misfit Model 3D port has a (not totally working) ktoon port: http://naranja.umh.es/~atg/ (in the "incubator" section). Oddly enough, I swiped this link from one of your previous posts
Yeah. I did think of him after the fact.
That doesn't sound good.
Quote:ktoon - open source 2d animation toolkit. Problem: crashes when opening project files; various "oddities" related to file pathes, palette positioning, etc. Needs Qt/Mac 3.3.x, MacOSX 10.3 (or higher).

I managed to build it, but it doesn't seem to work properly and crashes at the first opportunity :/
I'll take a wack at it.
I don't like people who provide "binary installers" when they can simply package the dylibs

It's not magic, it's Ruby.
Anyone who wants the standalone (crashy) binaries or the source patch to make it build on Mac OS X should email me (see my profile).

I made a standalone MM3D at the time, too... dunno what happened to that, though.
Looks like someone has been playing with the code before:
