More games should use these laws of physics
"Yes, well, that's the sort of blinkered, Philistine pig-ignorance I've come to expect from you non-creative garbage."
You've never played any of the Dark Castle games have you.
Skorche Wrote:You've never played any of the Dark Castle games have you.or Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. In it one character 'dies' and is mummified - but then reanimated. So when you play as the mummy (which was too infrequent IMO) you cannot be killed - but you can be abused in many wonderfully cartoony ways - which ends up being part of how you solve puzzles. Maybe there is a grate you cant pass through - but if you go through a trap elsewhere you get squashed flat as a board and now you can run back and fit through the bars. Some traps might cut you into pieces - but this just meant you could control a couple of different 'slices' of yourself to solve the next puzzle. You could get lit on fire, electrocuted, or blown up - all in order to solve the level.
The only problem is that you spend most of the time as Sphinx and not enough as the Mummy. The ending implied a sequel but I dont think it sold enough that one will be made.
