An official, stable, release of XnaTouch 0.7 is now available from...
XnaTouch - Release: Version 0.7 Source

Included in this release :
2D Rendering
Audio and Initial Network support.
Multitouch and Accelerometer works, but still incomplete.
Marblets Starter Kit - Shows landscape rendering.
Platformer Starter Kit - ScreenShot
Multitouch example
GameStateManagement example
and lots of under the hood changes to get an couple of extra frames per second.

The aim of XnaTouch is to allow you to port your XNA games, typically ZuneHD games, to the iPhone. Write once, compile for each platform.

That's really impressive. Does mono develop compile C# down to native code?... after all Apple's hincty about interpreted code on the iPhone.

Yes it definitely compiles down to native iPhone instructions for that very reason.

You can check out the MonoTouch Info site for news about MonoTouch apps/games that are already released on the Apple App Store.
