photoshop's liquifier
the most amazing graphic instrument I ever saw is photoshops liquifier: I played around with it and its amazing: just take any picure (say the face of some celebrity) and you can make a funny picture out of it in a few seconds, like changing it's expression, deforming parts... just too cool!

Kai's Power Goo was much better because it had a more innotive interface and there were many more options of what to do IMNSO
all these filters are toys ;-)
Its a shame noone has come out with a plugin to turn the liquifier mesh export into a heightmap or real mesh, then the tool would be more useful.

Sure I can do that already, but I can't smoosh around like goo with a brush...yet.
You can kind of do this with Torque's editor though.
