Just wanted to let y'all know that a new version of OSGEdit, a scene graph editor for the OpenSceneGraph library, has been released along with a Mac OS X binary pkg installer. OpenSceneGraph is a high performance, very full featured scene graph library that, while mostly targeted towards the simulation, VR, and visualization markets, has been used very successfully in games as well. It is written completely in extremely clean and standard C++. Supports an insane number of file formats, including its own scene graph file format, and there are lots of utilities, etc.. to tie OSG in with other libraries like OpenAL, OpenDynamicsEngine, and cal3d, among others. There is even an exporter script for blender. Check out http://www.openscenegraph.org/ to learn more about the library. [note: the OSX version of Producer, which is sortof like GLUT but with a whole lot of extra features for graphics, etc.., is still in the process of being ported to native OSX, so it only supports fullscreen at the moment. I suggest using osgSDL in the meantime. ]
