All good points. Failing to provide control or sound configuration, requiring complex installation of triggering frequent crashes all detract from the user experience, which in a game is all that matters. Critical reviews contain more information than fanboy raves. If PerversionTracked or VersionTrolled, put the effort into fixing the problems.
