I thought this wasn't allowed

Hey guys can you explain this to me? I thought this was not allowed. I went on the App Store and one of the App Descriptions for an app said this:

$0.50 cents of every dollar will be donated to Fight Prostrate Cancer.


I thought you were not allowed to add stuff like this in your app descriptions.

There's not enough paper on the planet to write down all the inconsistencies with the App Store.
