Good day! Could you help me in one question. Ad banner in AppStore is possible to buy or it only AppStore use it for chosen game or application?

You can't buy ads in the App Store. Apple picks the apps that they want to be featured, be it in one of their lists or in various banners.

(unless you can bribe someone at apple! (that's a joke ( sorta.... ) ) )
