I posted a 3 part video tutorial talking about the process I use of taking 2d animation from a free app called Pencil and making the animation ready for a 2d game.

Oooh, I've never heard of Pencil before and it looks brilliant! Thanks for the heads up Casey, will have to check this out once I finally have time for my own projects again.
