Untitled - GryphonClaw Software
Hi all,
Development of my game is going very slow at the moment. I am really challenging myself this year by making a type of game I've never really tried before.
An action-adventure platformer (which requires rudimentary physics). Also it will require game mechanics that I've never tried before either, so all in all it will be a good challenge for me.
Here's to hoping it'll all work out.
As my thread title says, I don't have a game name yet (which I am having a very hard time moving on without one... I have a habit of dwelling on such things... I usually use the game name to use as prefixes for my game classes etc)
So far, I've gotten a basic OpenGL view up and running, with time based animation. Now to get something to draw. Off to work on that.

I've now got a rectangle moving around an OpenGL view and it moves around with the arrow keys
