Downloadable user content: what is allowed and what is the best way to do it?

I'm thinking about making an iOS game that would allow players to create their own content and I'm curious what the best way to allow distribution of this to other players would be. Does game center have built in mechanisms for this? Would it be allowable for them to send a file to themselves via email and download a file from someone else from a pasted in web url that contained the file?
