Yeup! He's very popular to be linked to from the cocos2d forums. Assuming a person isn't completely brain dead, the tutorials seem enough to get them on their feet and running.

All of his tutorials are very excellent. Totally recommend reading his site - he writes very well, as do any of his guest writers. He does a great job introducing you to concepts without having much background on it.
