Fee for application submission?

Hey everyone,

This hasn't been explicitly mentioned anywhere as far as I have seen so far, but I know many of you have submitted applications so ...

I've paid my $99 USD to become an official iPhone "developer," quite some time ago now, but I've not yet submitted a completed app.

Is there another $99 fee for each application submission? A colleague of mine has suggested this is the case. Is there a fee for posting an upgrade?
