I don't think there are any conflicts preventing me showing up. I won't be attending either, but what day and time would be best to meet up? The expo pass is a little too much to grab for only one day or so.

For people (like me) with the IGS pass, the first two days will be packed, and the IGF awards are on Wednesday evening, so probably Thursday or Friday.

can't go to the actual GDC, but give me a time and place after 6:30, and I'll be happy to travel

sounds like there are a lot of us, and that 6.30 or 7 for dinner somewhere on thurs or fri would be good... anyone know a good venue that can accommodate a large group of unknown numbers at short notice? or should we just meet up somewhere and wing it?

Yeah, they were there last year. That's a good choice, they do a lot of groups it seems.
