i created a test user in iTunes Connect for the purpose of testing in app purchases in my game.

i signed out of the store ( my normal apple account ) on my iPhone.

when i test the purchases in the game it asks me to sign in using "Existing Apple ID" so i choose that...

I enter the test info and it says this:

"This Apple ID has not yet been used before in the iTunes Store. Tap Review to sign in, then review your account information."

When i choose "Review" it takes me to my account info and wants me to put in credit card information... This doesn't seem to be acting like a test account... Any suggestions?

i've a test user like you, and i had to put credit card information too.
however, when you buy from a test user in sandbox, your money will be safe.
